Peg Anderson

Advisory Council Co-Chair

Peg is an enthusiastic and energetic member of the Boca Raton community and spends much of her “quality time” giving back and paying forward. Above all, Peg is an individual who believes in personal responsibility and living life to its fullest through commitment and compassion.

 

As a resident of the City of Boca Raton since 1995 and visitor to the area since 1980, Peg has developed a keen interest in the community affairs of Boca Raton, as such, serving as a Member on the City’s Downtown Advisory Committee and Chair of the Business Improvement District Steering Committee. Recently, Peg was appointed as the City of Boca Raton’s representative on the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Association Board.

 

Peg is actively involved with the Boca Raton Museum of Art as a Trustee with the responsibilities of Secretary of the Board and Chair of Development. Additionally, she is a Member of the Board of Directors for The Center for Arts & Innovation, Palm Beach County Cultural Council’s Impact 100 and Florence Fuller Center for Children and Families.

 

Prior to becoming a Floridian, Peg spent nearly thirty years in New York City where she enjoyed a successful and diverse career as a business management executive in the Hospitality Industry.
