THE CENTER FOR ARTS & INNOVATION
The vision for The Center was born over thirty years ago when Mizner Park was first master-planned. The desire and need for world-class cultural infrastructure swelled to a tipping point in 2017. The movement began simply with a need for cultural facilities that were on par with the remarkable professionalism of our local arts organizations, enabling the area to retain that economic impact, attract new visitors to the area, and support the world-class cultural offerings in our city. However, in early 2019, a revelation of potential arose that would forever change the mission and vision of the project – and start a movement.

The Center for Arts and Innovation will pioneer a new approach to how the world imagines, designs, utilizes and embraces its cultural infrastructure. By catalyzing leading creators, thinkers, students, entrepreneurs, and the community at large; those who interact and are impacted by campuses like this will thrive, and in turn, define tomorrow.
