Being a good listener — Deep listening opens the opportunity to see problems from multiple angles. Our team has incredible ideas and I’ve surrounded myself by people far better than me in their fields. By humbling myself to listen and learn and by taking the opportunity to check in weekly as a team and then one-on-one with all departments, I’m able to get many different perspectives that in turn have allowed me to make more informed decisions.
