
The Center proudly announces the appointment of David T. Tuthill to its Board of Directors, strengthening the organization’s leadership at a pivotal moment as it advances its vision to champion creativity as a critical driver of the future.
David Tuthill is an accomplished global investment professional with nearly two decades of experience leading trading, capital markets, and organizational strategy across major international financial centers. Throughout his career, he has partnered closely with founders, chief investment officers, and executive teams to scale organizations, strengthen governance, and drive disciplined, long-term growth expertise that directly aligns with The Center’s ambitious and future-focused mission.
Currently serving as Head of Florida for Point72 Asset Management, Tuthill leads the firm’s expansion across West Palm Beach and Miami, working in close collaboration with the Chief Investment Officer on global initiatives, talent development, and strengthening Point72’s investment presence throughout the region. His role reflects a deep commitment not only to organizational excellence but also to cultivating environments where innovation and high performance can thrive.

Prior to Point72, Tuthill was a Partner at GQG Partners, helping scale the firm from $700 million to more than $90 billion in assets under management and contributing to its landmark 2021 IPO, following earlier senior leadership roles across the UK and Asia where he built high-performing global teams. Known for his disciplined approach to growth and governance, Tuthill also brings a strong philanthropic perspective and a deep understanding of how long-term investment, leadership, and innovation can strengthen communities, an experience that will inform his contributions to The Center’s board.
