
The Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Pavlik as Senior Vice President of Finance, where she will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and stewardship to support the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning investment management and venture capital–backed SaaS organizations, Pavlik brings a wealth of expertise in scaling high-growth enterprises and leading through strategic transformation. Her extensive background in financial performance management and risk strategy positions her to play a key role in advancing The Center’s ambitious vision to redefine how creativity and innovation intersect in South Florida and beyond.
Earlier in her career, Pavlik worked in investment management, where she developed a deep understanding of risk management and strategic growth. Her later transition into the SaaS sector as a senior finance leader sharpened her ability to align business models with mission-driven outcomes. It was during this period that she discovered her passion for leveraging business as a catalyst for positive social change, a passion that deeply aligns with The Center’s mission to ignite creativity as a driver of cultural, educational, and economic transformation.

Pavlik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and both a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology.
