Prior to joining the organization, Dylita managed outcome-driven programs at Alpert Jewish Family Services, where she led the Mentoring 4 Kids program, oversaw grant compliance for six-figure initiatives, and supported staff and volunteers serving children and families. Her work emphasized data-informed decision-making, volunteer engagement, and continuous improvement, resulting in stronger partnerships, increased participation, and sustained program success.
Previously, Dylita served as Outreach Manager at River Region, expanding community partnerships and increasing referrals through strategic engagement and performance tracking. She also brings experience in outreach and relationship-building from the healthcare sector.
Dylita holds a master’s degree from the University of Florida and brings thoughtfulness, structure, and heart to every program she supports, ensuring initiatives are inclusive, impactful, and aligned with mission and community needs.
