Jennifer Pavlik is the Senior Vice President of Finance at The Center where she oversees financial strategy, planning, and operations to support the company’s long-term growth objectives. With more than 15 years of experience spanning investment management and venture capital–backed SaaS organizations, Jennifer brings a proven track record of driving financial performance, scaling high-growth businesses, and leading through strategic transformation.

Earlier in  her career, Jennifer worked in investment management, building deep expertise in risk management and strategy before transitioning to senior finance leadership roles in the SaaS sector. It was during this time that she developed a strong interest in using business as a catalyst for positive social change—a passion that continues to guide her work with mission-driven organizations today.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and both a Master of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology.
