The Center for Arts & Innovation Welcomes Annie Parayadipura as Development Coordinator

The Center is pleased to announce the addition of Annie Parayadipura as Development Coordinator, further strengthening its growing team during this exciting phase of expansion and engagement.

In her new role, Parayadipura will support The Center’s fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and community partnerships—helping to advance its mission of nurturing creativity as a lifelong force for individuals, businesses, and communities.

A multilingual communicator and connector, Parayadipura brings a globally informed perspective to her work in philanthropy and community development. She has built a diverse career spanning education, cultural exchange, and nonprofit leadership, including impactful roles with the International Rescue Committee in Miami and Indiaspora, where she served as Global Programs Coordinator. Across these experiences, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to bridge people, ideas, and resources to create meaningful impact.

Her passion for building relationships across cultures and her thoughtful, strategic approach to engagement make her a tremendous addition to our development team.”

Fluent in multiple languages and currently studying Portuguese, Parayadipura approaches her work through the lens of empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. Her background includes coordinating high-profile global programs and supporting newcomers through education and community initiatives.

“I’m inspired by The Center’s mission to make creativity accessible and transformative,” said Parayadipura. “To help mobilize the resources and relationships that bring that vision to life—especially within a community as dynamic as South Florida—is an incredible opportunity. I’m eager to contribute to the movement The Center is building.”

Parayadipura’s appointment underscores The Center’s commitment to cultivating a world-class team dedicated to advancing creativity, innovation, and community impact as it continues its journey toward launching South Florida’s next great hub for imagination and collaboration.
