“What Do You See?” Fellowship Short Film Premiere
After months of mentorship, exploration, and hands-on filmmaking, five young storytellers will bring their original visions to life on the big screen at the “What Do You See?” Fellowship Short Film Premiere.
Selected from 41 applicants across South Florida, these emerging filmmakers spent months developing their ideas, collaborating with mentors, and experiencing a creative process designed to mirror the skills of professional filmmaking. Now, their work comes to life under the lights.
Join us for a red-carpet celebration at the iconic YoungArts Jewel Box in Downtown Miami to experience this first-of-its-kind event celebrating the next generation of South Florida filmmakers. Throughout the evening, the filmmakers will take the stage to share the inspiration behind their work and offer a glimpse into the creative journey that brought their stories from imagination to screen. The night will conclude with a panel of film industry professionals selecting the evening’s standout film.
More than a premiere, this event is a celebration of curiosity, courage, and the next generation of creative voices. Come witness what happens when young filmmakers are asked a simple but powerful question: “What Do You See?”
